This limited edition run of 50 Ernie Ball Music Man Axis guitars combines the iconic specs players love—custom-wound DiMarzio pickups, basswood body, and the signature asymmetrical neck shape—with premium tonewoods and exclusive finishes. Each guitar features a hand-selected, one-piece quilt maple top and birdseye maple neck, with 20 in translucent gold and 15 in translucent blue, both featuring matching painted headstocks and chrome hardware, and 15 in natural with Gold Pearl backs paired with gold hardware. Each guitar ships in a custom G&G case, making this a truly special Axis release.

The Axis guitar features a perfectly balanced, single-cutaway body design that allows unparalleled access to all 22 stainless frets. The premium figured maple neck with an asymmetric custom neck carve provides an ultra-comfortable playing experience.

Rock solid figured maple neck with 22 stainless steel frets, matching painted headstock, and Schaller non-locking tuners.
Quality G&G cases are handcrafted in Los Angeles, California, using the same time-honored techniques they've perfected over the past 70 years.
The body back is custom finished and color coordinated to complement the translucent quilted maple top.
